That’s over a decade with the iron and my passion, knowledge, wins, principles and mistakes made and learnt from, for all things strength, gym and fitness related has only increased. Like everything it was rep by rep, set by set and built! Thankfully I’m in a position to help pass on these experiences as personal trainer and coach in the mid ulster area of Northern Ireland.
I’ve been able to help some incredible clients over the last 10 plus years both in person and online pursue their goals form Commonwealth championship lifters to brides and grooms getting ready for their big day and the rest of their lives.
